The Role
We’re looking for a B2B SaaS Product Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and adoption across multiple distribution channels. You’ll take full ownership of features and workflows for both customer facing, and internal tools, working across self-serve, enterprise, and partner-driven models. This role requires strong execution skills, the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, and a deep understanding of user pain points. If you thrive in a high-growth environment and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and define the product roadmap—balancing self-serve, enterprise, and API-driven distribution.
- Develop end-to-end product requirements—you don’t just write specs; you ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical implementation of product features.
- Engage directly with customers (from SMBs to enterprises) to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact features, balancing quick wins with long-term scalability.
- Optimise onboarding, adoption, and retention, ensuring frictionless user experiences.
- Leverage data to make decisions—whether it’s improving activation rates or reducing churn.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Move fast and execute independently—this role requires hands-on problem-solving, not just strategy.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on multi-channel distribution.
- Strong technical fluency – ability to work closely with engineers and understand API-driven products.
- Proven ability to work independently—you can roll up your sleeves and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience driving self-serve adoption & enterprise sales enablement—balancing the two is key.
- Deep customer empathy – ability to translate user pain points into impactful product solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset – comfortable with analytics tools and user behaviour insights.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments—you thrive in ambiguity and take ownership.
- (Bonus) Experience with SaaS pricing models, product-led growth (PLG), or API marketplaces.
