Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end B2C funnel – from customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and conversion to retention and expansion.
- Analyze user behavior through data, heatmaps, funnel drop-off analysis, and session recordings to identify pain points and areas for optimization.
- Conduct user research via customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, UX/UI, and operations to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Continuously test and iterate, running A/B experiments and feature tests to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Utilize product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on best practices in B2C growth and retention strategies, bringing in innovative ideas to drive platform engagement.
- Work in a fast-moving startup environment, where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
Experience / Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on B2C ecommerce or consumer digital products.
- Expertise in B2C funnel optimization – understanding user drop-offs, engagement loops, and conversion drivers.
- Hands-on experience with B2C product management tools, including:
- Heatmap & session tracking (Hotjar, FullStory, Crazy Egg)
- A/B testing & experimentation (Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- User research (customer interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong customer affinity – able to conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency – able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
- Agile/Scrum experience (certification is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Startup-ready: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats when needed.
