Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end product/program development lifecycle, including the launch of new initiatives that meet market needs, as well as the continuous maintenance and enhancement of our established financing products and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Assess market opportunities by identifying market gaps via consulting Sales and Business Strategy teams and propose financing products/programs relevant to the target market.
• Define clear product goals, strategies, and roadmaps for new initiatives and enhancements, while proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Project manage product launches and enhancements from conception to delivery, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and seamless execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the continuous lifecycle maintenance of the existing product suite, ensuring internal documentation repositories remain up-to-date, and products stay competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert to address product-related mechanics, troubleshoot operational inquiries, and guide cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong interest in SME financing.
• 4 years working experience in product management in financial services or fintech industries is ideal.
• Good understanding of business financing, supply chain finance or trade finance related products. Someone with a good breadth of credit knowledge is ideal.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, creative thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects effectively under timeline pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (including Sales, Credit, Tech, Business Performance, Change Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams) to get buy-in and ensure seamless end-to-end process.
