- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Work alongside the Finance and Corporate Finance teams to prepare and maintain detailed three-statement financial models, cap table simulations, and valuation analyses
- Due Diligence Coordination: Establish and manage Virtual Data Rooms (VDR). Act as the primary point of contact for investor due diligence teams, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Product departments to provide accurate documentation.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular updates to Senior Management on pipeline status and engagement feedback. Work closely with the Investments Lead and Senior Management to refine the investment thesis and negotiate term sheet clauses.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain close relationships with potential investors, acting as the first point of contact
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Fintech trends and the SME financing landscape in Malaysia and SEA to position CapBay competitively in the eyes of investors.
