About The Role:

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Associate to join our Tech Product team. In this role, you’ll support the product development lifecycle by gathering requirements, tracking progress, and helping translate business needs into actionable work for our engineering team. This is a hands-on learning role where you’ll develop core product management skills under the guidance of senior Tech PMs.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Gather and document business requirements from users, clients, and internal stakeholders, working under the guidance of a Tech Product Manager.
• Support the Tech Product team in maintaining and updating the product roadmap by tracking progress, dependencies, and timelines.
• Track delivery progress against milestones and flag risks, blockers, or deviations from expected metrics to the Tech Product Manager.
• Act as a communication link between business stakeholders and the technical team, helping translate business language into clear requirements for engineers.
• Prepare briefs, status updates, and recommendations for review by the Tech Product Manager and other stakeholders.
• Assist in user research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to inform product decisions.
• Support internal testing prior to product releases by verifying features against defined acceptance criteria and documenting issues for the engineering team.
• Maintain and organise product documentation, and capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items from cross-functional syncs.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across functions (engineering, design, business) and learning from cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and learn independently.
• Passion for making a difference for small business owners through accessible financing.
• No prior PM experience required — but demonstrated curiosity about product, technology, or fintech is a strong plus.
