About The Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will develop, test, debug, and enhance our software products while taking ownership of the quality of your work. You'll collaborate closely within your team, communicate proactively, and grow your skills through mentoring and self-driven learning.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Develop, code, test, and debug software across the full product lifecycle, including research, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Reproduce, investigate, fix bugs, and deploy fixes.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation as required.
• Engage in peer reviews of design components, software elements, and test specifications, following the team's guidelines.
• Provide insights to streamline project complexity, services, systems, and processes within your domain expertise.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of practical experience in software development. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiarity with pertinent development tools, applications, and system architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, demonstrating strong prioritization skills.
• Aptitude to rapidly grasp and apply new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Familiarity with or interest in using AI-assisted tools (e.g. code assistants, learning aids) to accelerate development and learning.
• Proficient and willingness to learn our core stack: Laravel (PHP), Javascript, React, and MySQL.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment.
• Demonstrates high problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong integrity and accountability in managing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams effortlessly.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a constant drive to enhance user experiences and internal processes.
• Strong ownership mindset to ensure you take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work.
