About the Role

We are looking for a curious, hands-on AI & Automation Executive to join our team and transform the way we work. This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited by what AI and automation can do — someone who doesn't just use tools, but actively seeks out new ones, questions existing processes, and builds smarter solutions from the ground up.

You will be embedded in our daily operations, hunting for inefficiencies, designing automated workflows, and putting the latest AI tools to work. If you're the type of person who reads about a new AI release and immediately thinks "how can I use this?" — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Build & Manage Automations: Design, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script, or other tools. You'll turn repetitive, manual tasks into fast, reliable, and scalable processes.
• Support Operations with AI: Embed yourself in day-to-day business operations to understand how work gets done — then make it better. You'll identify pain points and implement AI-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and human error.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Consistently monitor the AI and automation landscape for new tools, techniques, and best practices. You are expected to bring fresh ideas to the table before anyone asks.
• Solve Problems Creatively: When faced with a business challenge, you don't settle for the obvious answer. You think critically, explore unconventional approaches, and design solutions that genuinely fit the problem.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Hands-on experience in automation, business operations, or a related role.
• Proficient with AI and automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, or Google Apps Script); experience with vibe coding or low-code/no-code platforms is a strong plus.
• Genuinely curious about AI — you follow developments in the space, experiment with new tools, and can articulate how they apply to real business problems.
• A strong analytical and critical thinker who can break down complex operational challenges and engineer practical, creative solutions.
• Proactive and self-driven; you identify problems without being told and take initiative to resolve them.
