About The Role:

We are seeking a data-driven Fintech Product Manager with a sharp eye for the Fintech landscape. This is a pivotal role for a professional who has mastered the basics of product delivery and is ready to take full ownership of discovery, roadmap prioritization, and business justification. You will be responsible for ensuring our SaaS platform remains competitive, compliant, and deeply aligned with our customers; commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Industry Discovery: Lead independent research into the fintech sector. You should be able to synthesize complex regulatory changes or market trends into actionable product opportunities.
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Maintain and evolve a 6-12 month roadmap. You aren't just adding features; you are sequencing them based on technical debt, customer value, and business urgency. You should be comfortable taking a vague problem statement and turning it into a structured product plan.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Confidently manage expectations across Sales, Engineering, and Executive leadership. You must be able to defend the roadmap and negotiate trade-offs when priorities shift.
• Business Case & Justification: Develop " Ready-for-Investment" business cases. This includes defining the problem, researching the addressable market, estimating development costs, and projecting the ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for your product area to ensure that what we build actually moves the needle for our users and our bottom line.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to build financial models or business cases (e.g., Cost-Benefit Analysis).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically in "translating" business needs to technical teams.
• Tooling: Proficiency with roadmap and discovery tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Miro, or similar).
