About The Role:
This is a dynamic, high-impact role designed for a strategic communicator and project leader who thrives at the intersection of fintech innovation and business-to-business (B2B) growth.
You will bridge the gap between complex financial product features and the practical needs of SMEs. Your mission is to craft compelling narratives that resonate with business owners and execute seamless Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that move the needle. From managing multi-channel digital campaigns to leading high-stakes partner engagement events, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for the CrediBill ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
1. GTM Execution & Campaign Management
- Execute promotional campaigns, incentive programmes, and product marketing initiatives specifically for CrediBill.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital platforms, partner channels, and marketing collateral to ensure maximum reach.
- Manage timelines and deliverables with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on schedule.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future initiatives.
2. Copywriting & Content Development
- Develop marketing copy for website content, social media, email campaigns, and sales materials.
- Translate complex product features into clear, practical, and professional messaging for business owners.
- Lead the creation of product one-pagers, presentation decks, and educational materials.
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all CrediBill-related communications.
3. Partner Engagement & Events
- Coordinate with corporate and institutional partners on joint campaigns and outreach activities.
- Lead the organization of workshops, webinars, and partner engagement events that introduce SMEs to the CrediBill ecosystem.
- Manage the preparation of supporting materials and ensure seamless coordination for all partner-related initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
- Align marketing initiatives with business priorities by working closely with the product and sales teams.
- Prepare marketing updates, campaign summaries, and project documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and user feedback to generate comprehensive reports.
- Provide actionable insights from market engagement to support ongoing product and marketing improvements.
5. PR & Ad-hoc Projects
- Draft press releases, announcements, or articles related to CrediBill milestones, partnerships, or MOUs on an ad-hoc basis.
- Lead any special projects or tasks related to the CrediBill brand as required by the management.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B/SME-focused products is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills in English; ability to simplify financial concepts into professional messaging.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with a proven ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing both creative and operational tasks.
