About The Role:
This position requires a proactive, technical-minded leader with exceptional analytical capabilities and a deep grasp of marketing technology ecosystems. The role demands the ability to transform fragmented data-driven insights into actionable growth strategies that deliver measurable ROI. You will serve as the technical "Source of Truth" for the department, bridging the gap between digital acquisition, automation, and full-funnel business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
1. Digital Intelligence & Performance Governance
- Agency Leadership: Act as the primary lead for outsourced digital agencies, setting clear performance benchmarks and auditing campaign execution across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Budget & ROAS Orchestration: Strategically direct ad spend and monitor Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure optimal budget allocation across all segments.
- Tracking & Attribution Architecture: Architect and maintain the technical tracking infrastructure (GTM, Meta Pixel, API Conversions) to provide 100% accurate multi-touch attribution.
- Lead Quality Monitoring: Regularly audit lead quality with Sales/BD teams to ensure paid traffic is driving actual revenue, adjusting targeting parameters immediately to improve lead-to-deal conversion.
2. MarTech Architecture & Lifecycle Management
- Technical Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the strategy and technical build of the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, TalkHub, and AI-driven automation tools.
- Automated Nurturing Strategy: Design and deploy "always-on" lifecycle journeys (Welcome, Retention, Educational) triggered by real-time user behavior to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Real-Time Analytics & UX: Track user actions to understand product interaction; identify and resolve technical bottlenecks or "drop-off" points in the digital funnel.
- Omnichannel Engagement: Optimize productivity and user retention through the integration of omnichannel triggers (Email, WhatsApp, Push) and real-time response logic.
3. Data-Driven Strategy & ROI Analytics
- Consolidated Reporting: Act as the Central Repository for all marketing data, consolidating metrics from channel owners and agencies into a Master Marketing Dashboard.
- Performance Forecasting: Develop frameworks to track Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), average revenue per user (ARPU), and high-level marketing efficiency.
- Media & PR Analytics: Extract and record brand sentiment and PR metrics (reach, mentions, backlinks) to analyze cross-channel trends.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular deep-dives into competitor product offerings and digital strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
4. Data Governance & Operational Excellence
- CRM Integrity & Audit: Conduct rigorous technical audits of the regional database to ensure perfect data hygiene and tagging protocols (Source, Medium, Campaign).
- Lead Activation: Oversee the technical ingestion and cleaning of external partner lead lists (e.g., TERAJU, MDEC), ensuring immediate automated follow-up.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all digital activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to the wider team to foster a data-literate culture.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Digital Advertising are highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Performance Marketing. Previous experience in a Fintech or a high-volume B2B/B2C data environment is a significant advantage.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot is mandatory. You must be comfortable designing complex Workflows, managing Custom Objects, and building advanced reporting dashboards.
- A deep technical understanding of the "back-end" of Google Ads (SEM), Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You must be able to audit agency bidding strategies, pixel placements, and tracking scripts.
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning). Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize the "Lead-to-Deal" funnel is a plus.
- A proven track record of exploring and implementing new technologies (AI tools, CRM integrations, or Omnichannel SaaS) to drive department productivity and user engagement.
- Ability to translate fragmented technical data into clear, actionable executive summaries for senior management.
- Experience in managing external vendors and agencies, ensuring they meet strict KPIs and deliver high-quality lead flow
