About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Senior Executive, Group Strategy to support the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives across CapBay’s business. This role offers strong exposure to group-level decision making, regional expansion initiatives, and cross-functional strategic projects, providing an excellent opportunity to build commercial, financial, and strategic capabilities within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Support the assessment and execution of strategic initiatives and business expansion opportunities at both Group and Regional levels
• Manage the existing group-wide strategic projects and initiatives assigned by Group Management, including market expansion, corporate restructuring, business vertical growth, and business development initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to support business strategy development
• Assist in preparing business cases, financial analysis, and commercial evaluations to support management decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations to support execution of strategic initiatives
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare presentation decks, reports, and analytical insights for senior management and key stakeholders

Key Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as strategy consulting, financial advisory, banking or fintech strategy, corporate strategy, or business planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Exposure to project coordination, business case development, or strategy-related initiatives will be an advantage
• Basic financial analysis and commercial evaluation skills; experience in financial modelling or investment evaluation will be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and structured manner
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment
