About the Role:

We are looking for a high-initiative Digital Product & AI Associate to be a core driver in building and evolving our platform. This is not a role for someone who waits for a manual; we need a "builder" who identifies opportunities and takes the wheel. You will take part in the evolution of our platform—designing requirements from scratch, communicating your vision to the tech team, and ensuring the features fit the market needs. Most importantly, you will be our Automation Architect, using AI tools to turn manual bottlenecks into high-speed, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Design from Scratch: Create detailed product requirements and user stories. You aren't just documenting; you are designing how the product should think and feel.
• Bridge the Technical Gap: Communicate requirements clearly to the tech team and manage the project through to user acceptance testing and final completion.
• Apply "Out-of-the-Box" Thinking: Constantly challenge existing processes. You are expected to be resourceful and think beyond current limitations to find the best possible solution.
• Drive AI Efficiency: Identify manual operational tasks and implement automated solutions using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, n8n, and vibe coding to minimize human error and manual effort.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• High Initiative: You don't wait to receive instructions; you seek out problems and bring the solutions.
• Creative Design Thinking: You are resourceful and not confined by "standard" processes. You enjoy thinking about the "big picture."
• AI & Automation Literacy: Familiarity with AI tools is essential (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, n8n, Google Antigravity). We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities where AI and automation can be applied to make our workflows smarter and faster.
• Data & Spreadsheet Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and logic mapping.
• Learning & Development: Training and resources to help you master the tools and keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Educational Background: We welcome fresh graduates with a degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, especially those who can demonstrate a 'driver' mindset and a passion for AI.
