Senior Executive, Treasury

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Execute and oversee daily cash and treasury transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
• Monitor and manage cash flow positions, liquidity requirements, and funding availability to support business operations.
• Prepare and enhance cash flow forecasts, budgets, and liquidity reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Analyze financial and treasury data, preparing regular management reports and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the management and monitoring of investment portfolios, including performance tracking and basic assessment of investment opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, and financial partners on cash movements, settlements, and treasury-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Banking, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
