About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager who is passionate about developing innovative financing solutions and delivering impactful programmes that drive business performance. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product and programme development process—from strategic planning to execution—while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing CapBay’s financing product offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory expectations, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Lead the discussion with all internal stakeholders on New Product programmes or enhancing existing Product/Programmes.
- End-to-end execution to any changes in product programme, to take ownership to plan, execute and manage all programme development pertaining to the product and to work with various relevant stakeholders for deliverables.
- Negotiate and work with external stakeholders/ partners to deliver relevant programmes, this will include regulatory bodies Securities Commission and Masyref.
- Translate business acumen and product insights into programmes that result in desired behavioural shifts and incremental loan book size.
- Collaborate with Sales channels by communicating value and unique selling point of the programmes, drive new or enhancing the product / programme, engagement deliverables to our customers and the use of data analytics capabilities for tracking of programme success metrics.
- Manage budget allocated and the product P&L.
- Adherence of all processes & procedure requirements, internal and external regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong interest and see opportunities in offering innovative financing solutions.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Financing is preferred.
- Good understanding of supply chain finance and trade finance-related products. Someone with good credit knowledge is ideal.
- Demonstrate sharp problem-solving, critical thinking, creative thinking skills, and always come with a user-centric mindset.
- A self-starter and someone who is open-minded, takes initiatives, and makes things happen.
- Able to work with both cross-functional teams and independently in delivering goals, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects under timeline pressure.
