About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager under CapBay’s Public Sales division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of SME and commercial clients. You will be responsible for structuring financial facilities, preparing comprehensive credit papers, and acquiring new business accounts, ensuring our customers receive tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Develop and grow client portfolio to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within focused industries to expand CapBay’s market presence.
- Prepare comprehensive and concise credit papers with clear and accurate analysis to evaluate customer needs and financial viability.
- Develop and recommend tailored financial solutions to align with clients' business requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing advisory support to address their financial objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline loan approvals, disbursements, and overall process efficiency for a seamless customer experience.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and interest in financial services.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of proven experience in a Relationship Manager or similar sales-driven role, preferably within financial services or banking, are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport effectively.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
