About the Role

The Corporate Finance team is committed to growing the company through strategic investments and acquisitions, with a goal of strengthening our market position and preparing the company for a successful exit. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in executing these initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute investment and acquisition projects that support business growth and prepare the company for a potential exit.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for acquisitions and internal projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform detailed market research to identify and assess M&A opportunities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with external advisers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present materials for internal reviews, approvals, and strategic recommendations.


Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Investment Banking & Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, ECM, or DCM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial modeling, along with PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams to support corporate finance objectives.
