About the Role:

As a Relationship Manager at CapBay, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying potential sales leads, pitching tailored business solutions to customers, and managing client relationships to maximize company revenue. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and grow the SME/commercial portfolio by acquiring new business to meet individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within CapBay’s focused industries (e.g., Healthcare, Logistics, Construction) to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate loan approvals, disbursements, and overall process efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience.



Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
