About the Role:
The Corporate and Structured Finance Relationship Manager will lead efforts in sourcing and structuring financing solutions for corporate clients, focusing on complex financial products and structured finance deals. This role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, developing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibility:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and government-linked companies to source and secure financing opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on structured finance products and solutions.
- Proactively manage existing client portfolios, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and provide additional services to maximize value and deepen client engagement.
- Lead the structuring and execution of complex financing deals, collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke financial solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
- Ensure all structured finance transactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with structured finance deals to protect client and company interests.
- Collaborate with legal, credit, operation compliance, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Key Qualities and Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate banking or financial services environment. This includes working as a Relationship Manager or in roles with direct client-facing responsibilities.Proven track record of managing client relationships and executing complex financial transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in sourcing new clients, cross-selling financial products, and growing a client base.
- Knowledge and experience in credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and risk assessment of corporate clients.
- Ability to negotiate terms and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
