Summary:

Responsibility:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Executes sales strategy through market and or customer need analysis.
• Structures unique or customized solutions for specific customers or market segment.
• Identifies appropriate sales opportunities and having high sales closure ability.
• Manages own portfolio P&L, drivers, portfolio returns and performance.
• Delivers quarterly and annual loan book balance and revenue set by Business Finance Management Committee.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Min one year working experience in the banking/ finance/fintech/consulting industry.
• Well versed in formulating business plans and business proposals.
• Adapt at sizing up situations, analyzing facts, and developing alternative courses of action.
• Able to drive implementation of plans, meticulous and able to set effective priorities to achieve both immediate and long term goals.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, oral and written.
• Leadership qualities in cross functional collaboration.
• Adaptable to new concepts and responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, work proficiently in teams.
• Good computing skills, familiarity with common software & technology.
