Senior Associate, Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics. Stay up to date with design application changes and industry developments.
• Design and edit visual elements such as banners, photographs, icons, email marketing, and various graphical artwork for digital and offline usage.
• Manage the production of design concepts, including posters, flyers, packaging, brochures, signage, and other promotional items.
• Ensure branding consistency in design and production work across all communication platforms.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for video content across various platforms [Tools: After Effects, Premier Pro]
• Craft and enhance the design of the CapBay webpage to elevate the customer experience journey. Create Web Pages (Landing Pages) for Marketing Campaigns. [Tools: Wordpress ]
• Manage social media, creating captivating visuals and captions for posts.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• An added plus if you are proficient in these Adobe Creative Software (XD/Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Motion graphics and UI/UX skills are an added advantage.
• Candidate with Web designing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and assist in ad-hoc design tasks and project upon required (responsive attitude).
