Summary: 

To meet expansion needs, we are currently recruiting a Fintech Solutions Consultant to join our growing and vibrant Enterprise FinTech Solutions (EFS) team.

Responsibility:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct presentations to explain key benefits of the solutions offered by CapBay.
• Analyse clients’ as-is business processes and identify their pain points.
• Lead the design and delivery of solutions for enterprise clients.
• Leverage CapBay’s existing tech platform and products as part of solution design and delivery.
• Conduct solution demos and acceptance testing by clients.
• Maintain client relationships at all stages before, during and after the project life cycle.
• Provide training, technical assistance and change management support to clients.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tech, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in banking, business analysis or finance.
• Strong English language communication skills. 
• Strong analytical ability and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with self-accountability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and ‘do what needs to be done’.
• Advantage if you have:
• Experience in the financial services or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with IT or financing products.
