Summary: 

We're in search of a detail-driven Analyst with a keen ability to interpret data, formulate comprehensive reports, and offer recommendations based on research findings. This role will influence key decisions and play an integral part in CapBay's continuing success story.

Roles/Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyse data from multiple sources, including operations, finance, and customer behaviour.
• Reporting: Produce regular reports for different departments, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Problem articulation and solutioning: Understand business problems in allocated domains. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements. Take the initiative in identifying potential areas of data-driven decision making.
• Data Visualization: Design dashboards and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, understanding their analytical needs and offering data-informed suggestions.
• Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and techniques. 

Requirements: 

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an analytical capacity, ideally within the financial sector or supply chain domain.
• Familiarity/mastery of analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualisation software like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
• Rigorous attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Stellar communication capabilities, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
