About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Product Manager who can demonstrate their technical expertise and extensive knowledge of processes to actively support and lead the team in managing the product development cycle. As a Tech Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development process to deliver the best user experience to our clients.

Responsibilities 

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Coordinate with users, clients, technical team, and business stakeholders in defining business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into deliverables given relevant technical considerations.
• Develop implementation roadmaps for product features and manage implementation scope and timelines while keeping in mind existing priorities.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are hitting performance and expected metrics.
• Innovate on existing products to continually improve the user experience in a data-driven manner.
• Be the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team on the product and business direction.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has: 

• 3+ years experience as a product manager in a tech-centric company
• A relevant STEM degree
• Experience with agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of how products are taken from ideation all the way to launch, ideally in the space of fintech, e-commerce, or startup environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for making a difference for small business owners through quick and accessible financing
• Strong self-motivation and be able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with Supply Chain Finance or P2P products is a plus
