Job Title : Senior Engineer – Data Analyst

Reporting to Title : Senior Manager - Head of Business Management
Responsibilities/ Job Description:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical and data solutions.
- Develop, maintain and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts, procedures and database objects.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts according to business needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability and performance.
- Analyze data and provide relevant insights to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to data models, processes, technical standards and documentation
- Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, deployment, support and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in local and international initiatives related to data, reporting and information systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Language skills:
- Good command in English is a must
Experience and Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, database development, Business Intelligence or a similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex business and technical environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently as well as within an international team.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a demanding environment.
