Job Title : Internship Program - Finance and Accounting Department

Department/Function : ADM-FIN

Reporting to Title : Head of Finance and Accounting

Main Objectives and Activities:

The mission of this internship is to provide students with practical, real-world experience in accounting operations within a professional environment. The intern will support the Finance and Accounting team in essential daily tasks, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes while developing foundational skills and knowledge for a future career in accounting or business administration.

Responsibilities/ Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core accounting operations. The selected candidate will work closely with our Finance and Accounting team and contribute to the following areas:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations,
  • VAT reconciliation and preparation of VAT reports
  • Verification of expense claims
  • Organizing and filing records for easy retrieval
  • Assisting in fixed assets physical count (if applicable during the internship period)
  • Help prepare and organize financial documents, such as invoices, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to finance and accounting as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying in bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Thai students currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented, careful, and able to work with numerical data.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday

Language skills:

  • Able to communicate in English (reading and writing) is an advantage.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of tax concepts
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel beyond a basic level.
