Half of the activity is currently performed for BRED Headquarters, with a focus on Projects (built with Java, COBOL, PHP, DataStage) and Production/Devops.

Mission:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our QA team and participate to the testing phase of E-Payment Projects (ATM and POS new features, E-Commerce payment, debit and credit cards or new cards features, integration to schemes network (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, JCB, AMEX). The Quality Assurance officer must be able to perform end-to-end testing, keep the test cases up to date, and support our banks during their UAT phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to the new Card Management System migration and subsequent new projects and Change requests
- Perform and execute end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the project’s deliveries.
- Document software defects, use a bug tracking system, and report defects to vendors.
- Handle relationships with all involved stakeholders (Bred-IT dev team, business representatives and software vendor) to resolve defects on the delivered projects and change requests.
- Support and coordinate End Users UAT (Bank testing)
- Ensure that all tests are conducted and documented according to the BRED standards & methodology.
- Explore possibilities to implement test automation tools.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on E-Payment technologies (ATM, POS, Cards, VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay …).
- Apply and maintain the standard/methodologies/good practices of the QA/Testing framework.
Required Education & Experience:
- University degree in IT.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar QA position.
- Good level in English (writing and speaking).
Required competencies:
- Strong analytical and methodological mindset.
- Knowledge of the testing process.
- Good technical skills, being able to collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills to interact with Banks management, vendors and technical team.
- Ability to prioritize work, work under pressure, multi-task and show a high degree of agility in day-to-day tasks.
Extra appreciated competencies:
- Experience with E-Payment technologies: ATM and/or POS systems, Cards system, Payment Gateway.
- Experience with card schemes (VISA, Mastercard and/or UnionPay) and certification process.
- Knowledge of banking concepts and core banking systems.
- QA/Testing skills
