Mission:
We are looking for a highly motivated Support Analyst with the skills to handle support for digital banking activity (Internet/Mobile Banking). With a strong technical background, the candidate must be able to investigate software issues and incidents, digging into systems logs and databases, identify the root cause and organize their resolution in relation with vendors and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle applications support for the digital systems: internet, mobile banking.
- Investigate and debug issues and incidents escalated by the banks of the group.
- Find root cause and plan resolution in relation with Vendors and other team members.
- Test delivered bug fixes and carry the resolution until delivery in production.
- Keep test cases updated and assist customer with user acceptance testing.
- Communicate with customers, following up on opened issues, and prepare status reports.
- Write user guides and organize training for the banks.
- Analyze customer change requests and create technical specification from business functional requirements.
Required Education & Experience:
- University degree in IT.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar IT position.
- Good level in English (writing and speaking).
- Willing to work in an international environment.
Required competencies:
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Technical and functional experience in digital banking domain.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical skills (SQL, Java) being able to speak with the development team and investigate deeply in the systems (database queries, technical logs review).
- Strong understanding and knowledge on API (REST/SOAP XML/Webservices).
- Good writing skills to translate users’ business requests into technical concepts.
- Good command of Splunk is a plus or similar logs analytics tools.
