We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen Brastech’s market presence. This role will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to long-term growth through innovative and customer-centric solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant qualifications in sales
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years in a business development or sales role.
- Experience in ICT, telecom, digital solutions, or contact center environments is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
