Business Development Officer

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen Brastech’s market presence. This role will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to long-term growth through innovative and customer-centric solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  2. Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  7. Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant qualifications in sales
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years in a business development or sales role.
  • Experience in ICT, telecom, digital solutions, or contact center environments is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
