Technical Liaison & Collaboration
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers and internal technical teams (Engineering, Product, Support).
- Translate customer technical requirements into actionable inputs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Technical Support during POCs and early deployments to resolve issues quickly.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
Define and Track Success Criteria
- Work with customers to define clear, measurable success criteria for demos and POCs.
- Align success criteria with business outcomes such as compliance readiness, reduced incident resolution time, improved data trust, or AI enablement.
- Ensure all stakeholders agree on acceptance criteria before POC initiation.
- Track progress against success metrics and communicate status transparently.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Sales in technical discovery sessions to qualify opportunities early.
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews.
