About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing product team. You will own design execution across the full product design lifecycle and collaborate closely with Head of Product Design, Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable product experiences, primarily for web-based applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful product initiatives, contribute to shared design foundations, and continue developing your design craft in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand product goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Own end-to-end design execution for assigned initiatives—from discovery and ideation through to delivery and iteration.
• Plan and conduct user research activities (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys) with light guidance when needed.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions and rationale.
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Design intuitive and scalable web application interfaces, balancing usability, aesthetics, and business needs.
• Contribute to and help maintain the Product UI Library and Design System.
• Participate in usability testing, interpret feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• Present design work clearly and communicate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with design tools, patterns, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end design work for digital products within cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in designing web applications, gained through professional work, personal projects, or side projects.
• Solid understanding of the full product design lifecycle, from research to validation.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to or working with a Design System or shared UI library.
• Comfortable working independently with occasional feedback.
• Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS or data-driven products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Design Suite is an advantage.
• A thoughtful, proactive designer who cares about usability, craft, and continuous improvement.
