Job Description

• Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end journey for the Data Catalog or Observability vertical—not just managing a backlog, but validating the "Why" before we build the "What."
• Lead Continuous Discovery: Conduct regular customer interviews and prototype testing to validate user pain points. You will be the voice of the key user personas inside the company.
• Partner with Engineering: Work side-by-side with Tech Leads to assess feasibility and trade-offs early. You won’t just hand off requirements; you will co-create solutions that are technically viable and scalable.
• Ruthless Prioritization: Manage a complex backlog by balancing new feature innovation with technical debt and customer requests.
• Drive Product Outcomes: You are responsible for the success metrics of your vertical.
• Evangelize the Product: Articulate the product value and roadmap clearly to internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and external customers, ensuring everyone understands the "Why."

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical enterprise products.
• Proven track record: Delivered impactful products in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Discovery First: Proven experience in modern product discovery techniques. You can show us examples of how you used qualitative research to kill a bad idea or pivot a feature.
• Communication: You are a translator. You can explain complex data governance concepts to a CEO, and business value to a backend engineer.
• Experience working in a Product Triad: You have a track record of partnering with Tech Leads and Product Designers from Day 1. You don't just hand off PRDs; you workshop solutions together to find the sweet spot between technical feasibility and user value. You can challenge an estimate when necessary, but you also know when to cut scope to help ship faster.
• Data Fluency: You are fluent in the Modern Data Stack. You understand the challenges of data quality, ETL/ELT pipelines, and the Modern Data Stack (e.g., SQL, Warehousing, or Governance tools).
