Engineering at Decube

• We're developing new features with Python, Rust, and React (TypeScript), while integrating seamlessly with various Data Engineering tools through efficient connectors and APIs. Our setup is backed by reliable databases and Elasticsearch and deployed effortlessly to AWS using ArgoCD for continuous delivery.

Job Descriptions

• Contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions.
• Lead continuous enhancement and maintenance of Decube cloud infrastructures optimizing for cost, security, reliability and scalability with an automation-first approach.
• Identify, build solutions and processes that improve efficiency across development, deployment, troubleshooting, observability and maintenance processes with minimal supervision.
• Lead the design, planning, alignment and rollout of infrastructure and improved workflow deployments with minimal supervision.
• Support and guide Decube customers in deploying and maintaining self hosted Decube Data Plane Infrastructure with professionalism and clear communication.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical and architectural documentation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner with transparency and effective communication throughput.

Job Requirements

• Well organized and able to provide clear updates on project status, progresses and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Information Security stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and compliance needs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a professional tone with Decube customers to coordinate and perform deployment of self hosted Decube Data Plane infrastructure.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing production cloud infrastructures, preferably on AWS.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud environments.
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one language, preferably Python.
