Job Description

• Lead the product development lifecycle for Data Observability vertical, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with Engineering to translate the product roadmap into clear deliverables.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze and optimize the performance of the product, making improvements that drive customer success.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product features, user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process.
• Stay on top of industry trends, especially in AI/ML, to continuously refine the product's competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, driving best practices for product development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, technology, or data-driven products.
• Experience working closely with Engineering Teams to understand the technical aspects of product development to enable close collaboration.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure product performance effectively.
• Solid understanding of how technologies work, including familiarity with data systems, software development processes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Good level of understanding or exposure to AI/ML technologies; experience with these technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and make an impact in the tech industry.
