Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Key roles and responsibilities: -



  1. Provide customer service at front desk. Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  4. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  5. Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters and clerical duties such as physical/e-filing, photocopying and scanning of documents.
  6. Assist in arranging, coordinating, and scheduling travel itinerary and bookings.
  7. Perform all other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

 

Requirements: -


  1. Candidate must possess minimum SPM level or equivalent.
  2. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  3. Organised and resourceful.
  4. Good phone, email and short message etiquette.
  5. Basic computer skills.
  6. Proactive, friendly and good communication skills.
  7. Good positive attitude.
  8. Good appearance/presentable look.
