We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter / Waitress. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, reflecting the hotel's hospitality standards.
- Present menus, provide product knowledge, and recommend food and beverage items to guests.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
- Clear tables and reset them according to outlet standards.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist in outlet opening, closing, inventory checks, and other operational duties as assigned.
- Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
