Job Description:
- Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables in accordance with hotel standards.
- Assist in preparing the outlet for service, including mise en place and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any service concerns with courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and special promotions.
- Support banquet or event setups as required by operations.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant F&B environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
