Job Description:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets or banquet functions.
  2. Lead and motivate the service team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
  3. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  4. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  5. Conduct staff briefings, monitor grooming standards, and oversee training of new team members.
  6. Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and reporting.
  7. Support the F&B Manager in achieving departmental targets and maintaining service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hotel F&B setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail and ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic F&B operational procedures.
