Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets or banquet functions.
- Lead and motivate the service team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct staff briefings, monitor grooming standards, and oversee training of new team members.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and reporting.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving departmental targets and maintaining service excellence.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hotel F&B setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic F&B operational procedures.
