Job Description:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and turn-down service when scheduled.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost-and-found items promptly.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and guest privacy at all times.
- Maintain positive interaction with guests and respond to housekeeping-related requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Basic communication skills and a courteous attitude.
