Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate room attendants and public area cleaners during daily operations.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure quality cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage daily task assignments, duty rosters, and shift scheduling.
- Conduct training and on-the-job coaching for housekeeping staff.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to room cleanliness and amenities.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest room items.
- Ensure housekeeping SOPs, health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth room turnover and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with housekeeping systems and reporting tools is preferred.
