Job Description:
- Provide first-line support for all IT-related hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain hotel systems including PMS, POS, PABX, and CCTV.
- Ensure data backups, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery systems are in place and up to date.
- Liaise with vendors for IT equipment, software licensing, and system support.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Assist in implementation of new technology systems and upgrades.
- Support hotel departments with system troubleshooting and training where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and local data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, PABX, and CCTV systems is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of networking, server maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to IT issues on short notice.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if needed.
