Job Description:

  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
  3. Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to promote hotel facilities.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional strategies and campaigns.
  6. Track sales targets, produce reports, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  7. Represent the hotel at travel fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  8. Ensure consistent brand image and service standards in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel sales or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and the East Coast market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and target-focused with a passion for hospitality.
