Job Description:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to promote hotel facilities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales targets, produce reports, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the hotel at travel fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Ensure consistent brand image and service standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel sales or customer-facing role preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and the East Coast market is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and target-focused with a passion for hospitality.
