Job Descriptions:
- To welcome and check in all guests according to established procedures.
- To assign rooms and prepare keys/folders for all arriving guests and groups.
- To handle all keys, emails, facsimiles, messages, and other special requests for guests.
- To provide information and assistance to all guests.
- To assist the Reservations Department in taking reservations after office hours.
- To attend to guests' complaints promptly and then report to Guest Service Manager or Duty Manager for follow-up.
- To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.
- To check out guests according to established procedures, and ensure all payments are collected.
- To provide currency exchange service for guests.
- To issue and handle all the hotel’s safe deposit boxes.
- Ensure that all guest charges are posted into the guest accounts.
- To balance all the daily posting transactions and ensure all monies collected are banked into the General Cashier.
- To main the Reception Counter and answer all calls coming in.
Requirements:
- Must have at least SPM or Diploma certificate
- Able to communicate in English fluently
- Computer Literate
- Possess customer service skills
