Job Description:
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for the hotel.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and e-collateral.
- Manage content creation, updates, and optimization for digital platforms including the hotel website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote F&B offers, room promotions, and hotel events.
- Liaise with media, agencies, influencers, and suppliers to support publicity and PR activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, digital engagement, and ROI.
- Support photo and video shoots, including organizing materials and obtaining approvals.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all hotel communications and visuals.
- Assist in organizing press events, media visits, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an added advantage.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a passion for hospitality.
