Job Description:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for the hotel.
  2. Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and e-collateral.
  3. Manage content creation, updates, and optimization for digital platforms including the hotel website and social media channels.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to promote F&B offers, room promotions, and hotel events.
  5. Liaise with media, agencies, influencers, and suppliers to support publicity and PR activities.
  6. Track and report on campaign performance, digital engagement, and ROI.
  7. Support photo and video shoots, including organizing materials and obtaining approvals.
  8. Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all hotel communications and visuals.
  9. Assist in organizing press events, media visits, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an added advantage.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a passion for hospitality.
