- Oversee the execution of events to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
- Provide leadership and guidance to the catering team, including sales managers, coordinators, and banquet staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Set performance goals and expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct training and development activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the catering team members.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule coordination for efficient operations.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry professionals.
- Anticipate and fulfill client needs and preferences to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to showcase facilities and discuss event details.
