- QUALITY LEVELS OF PRODUCTION AND PRESENTATION
- Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens.
- Clean pots and pans and be organized at all times.
- Polish hollowware and follows strictly specifications to ensure maximum quality.
- Pick up and disposes of all refuse, boxes, bottles and garbage.
- TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and breakdown all dishwashing machines at the beginning and the end of each shift.
- COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort through all trash in garbage room and recycle any material that should not have been thrown away
