  1. QUALITY LEVELS OF PRODUCTION AND PRESENTATION

  • Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens.
  • Clean pots and pans and be organized at all times.
  • Polish hollowware and follows strictly specifications to ensure maximum quality.
  • Pick up and disposes of all refuse, boxes, bottles and garbage.
  1. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up and breakdown all dishwashing machines at the beginning and the end of each shift.

  1. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sort through all trash in garbage room and recycle any material that should not have been thrown away
