  1. Suggests food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
  2. Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
  3. Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
  4. Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
  5. Obtains requested items from the store room.
  6. Keeps general appearance and maintenance of outlet working area.
  7. Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
  8. Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant or outlet policy.
  9. Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
  10. Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Steward area.
  11. Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
  12. Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times.
  13. Female light make-up should apply at all time.
