Job Descriptions:
- Supervise daily F&B service in restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and/or banquet operations.
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor floor operations, staff grooming, and compliance with hotel service standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth food and beverage flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel SOPs and local regulations.
- Support inventory control, stock requisitions, and daily sales reporting.
- Promote upselling of menu items and beverage pairings to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A team player with a guest-first mindset and high attention to detail.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic F&B reporting procedures.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
