Job Description:
- Assist department supervisors and managers in day-to-day operations.
- Perform tasks assigned by the training supervisor to support operational needs.
- Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with hotel standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and on-the-job training.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
- Complete learning assignments and provide feedback on the training experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
- Internship duration must be a minimum of 3 months.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Presentable appearance and a strong sense of discipline.
- University/College endorsement letter for internship is required.
