JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure to check-in/check-out guests accordingly to established procedures, all payments are collected
- To check and inspect daily posting transactions correctly posted and ensure monies collected are balance accordingly to procedures
- Ensure that all incoming calls are answer within 3 rings
- Assist in inspecting all VIP rooms and ensure all amenities and preparation are in order prior to arrival. Meets, escorts, and bid farewell to the VIPs
- Ensure to provide courteous efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guests request
- To attend to all guest complaints and problems and ensure that they are resolved to the guests satisfaction. To log down all complaints and problems and to refer to Superior if they are not resolved to the complete satisfaction of the guests
REQUIREMENT
- SPM/Certificate or Diploma in hospitality/hotel management and related
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
