JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervises Security Officer to ensure that procedures laid down in the security manual for the security of all hotel properties, staff and clientele are properly carried out during their tours of duty
- Ensure that Fire command / Electronic surveillance center is manned at all time
- Observes guest and others, patrol lobbies, corridors, back of the house areas, public room and surroundings to detect infringement or suspicious person courteously
- Conduct investigations and keep superiors informed on accidents involving disturbance, accident, losses, thefts, etc. occurring in the hotel during their tour of duty. Confers with superiors regarding findings, prepares necessary reports
- To coordinate with outside police in investigating and handling crimes, accidents, etc. involving the hotel, its staff or guest
- To liaise with government bodies that related to security concerns
REQUIREMENT
- Valid competency certificates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Preferable ex army/police
