Job Descriptions:
- Checks attendance, punctuality, and attire of his/her subordinates.
- Checks that there is sufficient stock of all items in his/her station.
- Checks on mise-en-place.
- Checks the cleanliness of his/her stations before the restaurant is opened.
- Presents menu to the guests, takes the order, and passes it on to Waiter/Waitress.
- Recommends guests daily special or special food that is not on the menu.
- Checks food before presenting it to the guest in order to ensure the right servings.
- Supervises service and guides Waiters/Waitresses.
- Presents bill to the guest and tries to find out guests' remarks on food, drink, and service.
- Is responsible for closing his/her station and leaving it in proper and clean condition.
Requirements:
- Must have at least SPM or Diploma certificate
- Able to communicate in English
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a related field
